This beautiful patient from Hoston, TX presented to us for nasal surgery to improve her breathing. At the same time, she wanted to change her nasal appearance. She felt that her nose was too big for her face. She underwent a Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, and Inferior Turbinate reduction at the same time. Internally, we opened and strengthened her nasal airway. Externally, we reduced her hump and moved her nasal tip closer to the face. Lastly, we narrowed her nostrils.
