Combined functional and cosmetic Rhinoplasty to correct a crooked nose.*

This handsome patient had a crooked nose from a distant nasal injury that resulted in chronic nasal obstruction. He consulted with surgeon Dr. Sean Delaney at our Houston, TX, facilities regarding his surgical options. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with a septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction to straighten his nose and improve his nasal passage patency. At the same time, his hump was reduced, and the tip was set closer to the face to improve his nasal appearance while maintaining a masculine appearance.
