46 yr old woman disliked the size of her nose which was particularly noticeable in her profile and in photographs. To address her concerns, Dr. Kridel used Rhinoplasty surgical techniques that he developed along with a Septoplasty to correct her deviated septum. The Open Rhinoplasty with alar base reduction was the best approach to achieve the fantastic results seen in the post-op photographs.

Rhinoplasty for Smaller Nose

Some patients, like this 46 yr old, have an inherited feature they do not care for. This patient disliked the overall size of her nose and felt it dominated her face. Often this is is due to a nose that is severely over projected and under rotated. And in this case the nasal domes are  asymmetric as seen in the pre-op photos. To accomplish the desired result, Dr. Kridel performed an open rhinoplasty with alar base reduction. The post-op photos for this patients show a great result the patient really likes because the nose is now smaller and in proper proportion to her face. She also looks more youthful and less tired and reports greater self-confidence.
