Patient felt her nose looked wide in front view photos. A thorough examination including Rhinometry testing also revealed a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy. Following Rhinoplasty her nose looked more narrow and proportionate. And with septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction, she was also able to breathe well post-operatively.
