Referred by another happy patient. Had two previous surgeries after getting hit in the face during gymnastics. She never liked the results of the second rhinoplasty and has found that over time, there have been more irregularities of the tip. Tip was still sore to the touch. Exam shows asymmetric tip with sharp edges and bossae both on the right and the left. One dome is higher than the other. Small nasal valve collapse.
