Dr. Kridel consults with each patient to determine the amount of nasal reshaping that is consistent with their facial structure and their goals for surgery, while maintaining a natural appearance.

This patient had a rhinoplasty and a revision rhinoplasty prior to seeing Dr. Kridel. She had always been unhappy with the aesthetic results of her surgeries and additionally had breathing complaints. She disliked the size of her nostrils and the amount of columellar show she had(visibility of the bridge of tissue between the nostrils). After revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kridel, her nose is more refined and aesthetically pleasing, while still looking natural. She is also breathing much better!
