Patient had nasal surgery and facelift done elsewhere. Pt unhappy with results. Patient did not like the visible graft on the bridge of the nose and the loss of projection of the tip and felt as though neck and jawline was still too full. Revision Rhinoplasty and additional facelift was completed by Dr. Kridel. Revision Rhinoplasty is very difficult. Dr. Kridel removed visible graft and utilized a different graft technique that was not visibile. He also utilized his special tip techniques to help improve the projection of the tip. The result is a very natural nose with no visible signs of surgery. Dr. Kridel's facelift technique resulted in a far improved jawline and neckline.
