This beautiful patient underwent an Upper Blepharoplasty as part of her comprehensive facial rejuvenation surgery by facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sean Delaney. This patient has two conditions: 1) descent of forehead and brow tissue, resulting in hooding of the upper eyelid and 2) excess upper eyelid skin. She elected to remove some of the upper eyelid skin without correcting the forehead tissue descent with a browlift. Therefore, we can see a modest improvement in the opening of her upper eyelids with the upper blepharoplasty alone.
