This beautiful patient disliked her drooping eye brows, tall forehead, worsening jowls and wrinkles around the mouth. She underwent a trichial forehead lift with concurrent hairline advancement. Her right brow was also pulled slightly more to improve her symmetry. A facelift was performed together with submental liposuction and platysmaplasty. Finally, CO2 laser was used to treat the fine lines around her mouth and on her lips.
