Russ Kridel, MD, is recognized by his peers as one of the Top 5 facial plastic surgeons in the United States. He pioneered rhinoplasty surgical techniques that are now taught in medical schools across the country. Dr. Russ Kridel is also one of few surgeons in the world that successfully performs Septal Perforation Repair Surgery.
Dr. Kridel is the Houston-based facial plastic specialist that physicians send their own family members to for care and to whom they refer their most difficult rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty cases. Dr. Kridel is a sought-after guest speaker at plastic surgery conferences internationally and has published over 250 scientific medical journal articles and textbook chapters on facial plastic surgery procedures including Rhinoplasty, Revision Rhinoplasty, Browlfit, and Septal Perforation Repair.

Dr. John Hamati is a Texas native and Body Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a passion for breast and body contouring procedures, including breast augmentation, lifts, reductions, tummy tucks, and body lifts.
Known for his personalized and compassionate care, he strives to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Dr. Hamati earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, where he was recognized with multiple scholarships for leadership and academic excellence. He completed a rigorous Integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at UTMB, training across top Texas medical institutions such as MD Anderson and Shriners Children’s. A published researcher and national presenter, Dr. Hamati has served on committees for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society.
Fluent in Spanish and Lebanese Arabic, he is proud to serve Houston’s diverse community with a commitment to safety, education, and surgical excellence.

Facial Plastic Surgery Associates provides surgical care within an on-site operating facility accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Procedures are performed in this outpatient setting by the FPSA surgical team, allowing continuity of care within a controlled and regulated environment.
AAAHC accreditation is awarded to facilities that meet established standards for patient safety, staffing, equipment, and quality oversight. This accreditation process is comparable to that used for outpatient surgical facilities affiliated with hospital systems and reflects compliance with nationally recognized safety and quality benchmarks.
