Houston Patient Undergoes Revision Rhinoplasty and Ear Pinning (Otoplasty)

Request A Consultation

Description:

This beautiful patient disliked the appearance of her nostrils following a rhinoplasty elsewhere many years ago. She had a “hanging columella” where the portion between the nostrils stuck out too much. Her nose was also too upturned. We performed a revision rhinoplasty to rotate her nose back down and rebalanced her nostrils. She is seen here at 3 months after surgery. She has pretty thick nasal skin, so she is still mildly swollen. We expect her tip definition to improve over the next 1.5 to 2 years. An otoplasty was performed simultaneously to set her ears back closer to the head.
