Description:

This beautiful patient desired a lower profile to her nasal dorsum and a more elevated tip position. She also had a mildly deviated nasal septum. She underwent a rhinoplasty and septoplasty at the same time. She had a muscle that pulled down on her nasal tip when she smiled and this muscle was released during surgery to correct this unwanted pull.
