This lovely patient in her mid 30s wanted to enhance her breast volume while maintaining a natural appearance and balanced proportions with her frame. She wanted to replace the breast volume she felt she had lost after her pregnancies. Implant size and profile were carefully selected to achieve natural fullness without looking overly augmented. She received a 335 cc full-profile, Ergonomix silicone gel Motiva implant in her right breast, and a 315 cc full-profile, Ergonomix silicone gel Motiva implant in the left breast. Her implants were placed above the muscle, and her recovery was comfortable. She returned to work less than a week after surgery.

At 6 months post-procedure, her results demonstrate the typical progression of breast augmentation healing. The implants have softened and settled into their final position, creating a smooth contour, natural slope, and improved overall breast shape. She has increased cleavage without an unnatural or overly-augmented appearance.
