Revision Rhinoplasty success! Despite two prior rhinoplasties performed elsewhere, this lovely patient disliked her droopy tip, wide dorsal appearance and alar base flare.

These 3 month post-operative results show her aesthetic goal of a more refined, feminine nose with less alar flare, was achieved.  Patient expressed her happiness with the results as well as relief that she will not need another nasal surgery.

Note also that when the patient smiles her tip droops further. The revision surgical approach also address this concern and the smiling post-operative photo shows not only a more refined nose and tip, but also that the tip no longer drops down further when smiling.
