Ashlee’s 10+ years of experience in the medical field and bachelor’s degree in community health from Texas A&M have made her an important member of our clinical staff. but even beyond her credentials, it is her friendly, customer-focused attitude and her attention to detail that have made her an excellent fit at FPSA. Ashlee works alongside the FPSA Team to help provide you with answers to your questions and any other assistance you may need, every step of the way. Whether at a consultation, pre-operative appointment, or post-operative follow-up, ashlee will make you feel at-ease and comfortable with your care.

Stephanie Shepard

Practice Administrator

As practice administrator, Stephanie Shepard keeps our practice running smoothly.

Stephanie has worked with FPSA for over 10 years and is our lieutenant. She is responsible for management of the practice, ensuring we meet the highest standards of patient care that have been a hallmark of FPSA since its inception over 25 years ago. Stephanie has over thirteen years of experience in healthcare and medical-practice management and is instrumental in keeping our multifaceted practice running smoothly and efficiently. She is also responsible for maintaining our AAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) certification of our in-office surgical facility.

Karen Butcher

Patient Coordinator

Karen is your guide from the first inquiry and the consultation through post-operative care.

Karen’s 20+ years of experience in the medical field, including Facial Plastic Surgery and Audiology, as well as experience across multiple types of businesses, makes her an invaluable member of the FPSA Team.  Her passion, enthusiasm and depth of knowledge puts patients at ease knowing they will receive the best possible care every step of the way.  Karen works alongside the FPSA Team to help provide you with answers to your questions and any other assistance you may need, every step of the way.
