Description:
This beautiful patient underwent a rhinoplasty 15 years ago in South American and had an unsatisfactory outcome. She developed a “Polly beak” deformity in which the nasal tip appears rounded and bulbous. We performed a revision rhinoplasty to improve her profile contour and nasal tip definition. She is seen here several months after surgery and is still slightly swollen.
