PRP stands for Platelet-rich plasma, which contains a number of growth factors with regenerative properties. When combined with RF-Microneedling, the PRP is better absorbed through the microchannel created during the Microneedling for better results and a quicker recovery. Botox can safely and effectively be injected at the same time as a Morpheus 8 because Botox is injected at a deeper layer and is therefore not affected by the Morpheus 8 treatment.

Our beautiful patient had Botox to relax her wrinkles and Morpheus 8 (micro-needling with Radiofrequency pulses) to improve her skin texture, firmness, and discolorations. The Morpheus 8 treatment can be comfortably performed with topical numbing cream, as in the case of our patient. For more aggressive treatments, we can provide added comfort with nerve blocks. Morpheus 8 is also a fantastic add-on for patients undergoing other cosmetic procedures. Most patients will see results from the Morpheus 8 treatment within a few days of the treatment, but the final result usually takes 3-4 weeks.
