ALLOCLAE in Houston, TX

Looking for natural volume restoration without traditional fillers? Fat loss is one of the main reasons the face and body can look aged. That’s why for years, people have plumped up deflated facial features with injectables and fillers. And while they do a great job of replacing lost volume, they don’t create new fat in the face as Renuva or AlloClae do. AlloClae is a next-generation regenerative injectable designed to stimulate your body’s own collagen production for gradual, natural-looking improvement.

At Facial Plastic Surgery Associates in Houston, Dr. Hamati uses AlloClae to restore volume to areas throughout the body, improve skin texture, and create subtle, long-lasting rejuvenation — without looking “done.”

About ALLOCLAE

AlloClae is an allogenic adipose matrix biofiller made from ethically donated human adipose (fat) tissue that has been rigorously processed to remove cellular debris and immunogenic components — leaving behind a regenerative scaffold rich in collagen, proteins, and growth factors. It delivers:

  • Instant volume & improved contour
  • Structural support for soft tissue
  • Stimulated collagen production
  • A natural-looking alternative to synthetic fillers and surgical fat transfer

This regenerative approach makes AlloClae ideal for enhancing areas where fat and volume are desired — where traditional fillers may fall short.

What Sets Us Apart

At Facial Plastic Surgery Associates, your AlloClae injections will be skillfully injected by Dr. John Hamati, who is a plastic surgeon, or by Dr. Sean Delaney, who is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Their training, skill and expertise give patients the peace of mind that their injections are performed by a physician far familiar with your anatomy and with the science of injectables.

Who Is The Best Candidate For AlloClae?

Alloclae is ideal for patients who:

  • Have early to moderate volume loss
  • Want a natural alternative to synthetic fillers
  • Are not ready for fat transfer or surgery
  • Prefer longer-lasting, regenerative results
  • Want improvement in both volume and skin quality

It’s especially useful for patients who are lean and not ideal candidates for fat grafting.

AlloClae is also one of the best treatments for aging hands that have a loss of volume. On the back of the hands, this loss of volume makes veins more prominent and causes the skin to look crepey. And, because your hands are rarely covered, they are also always exposed to UV rays from the sun, which accelerates the signs of aging.

EXPECTATIONS

Administering AlloClae

AlloClae is injected in a similar manner as hyaluronic acid fillers and is performed in the comfort of our beautiful patient consultation rooms. Some patients also choose to have topical numbing cream applied prior to the injection.

  • Treatment takes approximately 30–45 minutes
  • Numbing is used for comfort
  • Minimal downtime

Mild swelling or tenderness is expected and typically resolves within a few days.

What To Expect

With AlloClae you can expect about 50% of the volume injected to remain in the new fat cells. Patients will see some immediate improvement, however it takes approximately three to six months for the results to settle in.

  • Immediately after: Visible volume improvement
  • Weeks to months: Tissue integration and collagen support
  • Long-term: Improved contour and skin quality

If additional volume is needed or desired at that time patients have a second, smaller injection amount of AlloClae to achieve the aesthetic goal.

Expected Cost

Alloclae is typically priced per syringe, with cost depending on treatment area, volume required, and number of sessions. AlloClae typically comes in 12.5cc increments and the cost starts at approximately $2,000. The cost may vary depending on the size of the treatment area. At FPSA we will provide you with an estimate at the time of your consultation based on the treatment plan you have discussed with Dr. Sean Delaney or Dr. John Hamati. The price is similar to longer-lasting injectables like Juvederm and Radiesse, but AlloClae lasts about two to three times longer. It is comparable in price to Renuva.

About Us

AlloClae Faqs

Lips are one of the few areas where use of AlloClae is not recommended. The lips require precise, soft, and reversible products, and hyaluronic acid fillers are typically a better option for lip enhancement. Alloclae is better suited for areas needing structural support and broader volume restoration.

With AlloClae, the new fat cells are living fat cells, so if you gain a lot of weight in the future, those fat cells will get bigger just like other fat cells. For this reason, we recommend being at or near a stable weight before treatment. However, AlloClae will not cause uncontrolled fat cell growth.

While AlloClae is classified under the generic category of fillers, it is not the same. Hyaluronic acid fillers do plump up deflated facial features, but they do not stimulate fat growth. In addition, hyaluronic acid fillers last about 1-2 yrs and AlloClae will last about 4-6 years.

Alloclae can be used in areas where volume and soft tissue support are needed, including:

  • Breasts
  • Buttocks
  • Hip Dips
  • Bra Grooves
  • Body Contour Irregularities
  • Hands
  • Scars

Alloclae provides long-lasting results because it integrates with your tissue and supports structural regeneration. Longevity varies by patient, but results often last longer than traditional fillers and can persist for years depending on the treatment area and your body’s response.

Like analogous fat transfer, AlloClae is not reversible. Dr. Delaney and Dr. Hamati take a skilled, conservative approach to not overfill at the first injection to ensure natural, balanced results. Then, only if needed, patients will have a smaller additional amount of AlloClae injected after a few months.

Some patients don’t like the idea of putting in a foreign substance like a filler into their body. AlloClae is a natural option because it is derived from fatty donor tissues and involves your body’s own natural regenerative process.

For those patients who are so lean that they have little to no body fat to harvest, AlloClae is an ideal alternative because AlloClae, like Renuva, allows the body to create its own fat. It is also good for those who do not want to go through the additional healing process from the liposuction needed to harvest the fat.

The number of syringes depends on the treatment area, degree of volume loss, and your overall goals. Because Alloclae is used for structural restoration, most patients require multiple syringes for optimal results. During your consultation with Dr. Hamati or Dr. Delaney, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your anatomy and desired outcome.
