Description:

This handsome patient underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve both his nasal appearance and breathing. He wanted a straighter profile and a smaller and more defined nasal tip. He has a deviated septum that was treated at the same time and cartilage from his deviated septum was used for grafts in his rhinoplasty.
