Description:

This 46 year old Revision Rhinoplasty patient had previous Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant as a teenager elsewhere.

In addition to a great deal of difficulty breathing, she did not like the bump in the bridge area and the deviation with disfiguration of her tip.  She also disliked that her profiles were not even. She wanted her nose to be straight and more refined, as well as improved breathing ability.

After a thorough medical and aesthetic evaluation confirming a septal deviation to the left, left lateral nasal sidewall collapse. dorsal hump, and asymmetric lower lateral cartilage domes, Dr. Kridel and the patient discussed Revision Rhinoplasty and Revision Septoplasty surgery to achieve her desired functional and aesthetic goals.

The photos here are only 2 months post-op and show dramatic improvement and achievement of the patient’s goal for a straight more elegant nose and lovely profile. Patient very happy with the results and that she can breathe well again.

While swelling will continue to reduce after 2 months post op from Revision Rhinoplasty and Revision Septoplasty surgery by Dr. Russell Kridel, the significant improvement in her appearance is visible at this early post-operative timeframe.
