The patient was bothered by the appearance of a long nose and a droopy nasal tip following a previously rhinoplasty elsewhere. She also had a septal deviation that was not fully addressed at her previous surgery that was causing difficulty breathing. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty to elevate the tip of her nose and a revision septoplasty to open her nasal passages. She is still swollen in the after photos and her nose will continue to improve with time. Swelling after revision rhinoplasty can last anywhere from 1.5 to 2 years.
