This beautiful patient wanted to improve her facial proportions and have a sharper neck line. She desired a stronger chin, but did not want to appear masculine. We performed combined chin augmentation with a solid, medical-grade silicone implant and submental liposuction. In the after photo, we can appreciate that her chin projects farther forward and there is an improved transition from her chin to her neck.
