Request A ConsultationPatient
Description:
This 34 year old health care professional felt her nose, in addition to her chin and submental region, distracted from her profile, and she wished to address each of these areas in surgery. The patient’s goals were a smaller, less prominent nose, reduction of the dorsal hump, a more refined tip, more chin projection, and less submental fat. At her two year follow up visit, she stated that she thought the results were even better than the original goal!
RHINOPLASTY FOR A SMALLER NOSE
Some patients have an inherited feature they do not care for. This patient felt her nose, in addition to her chin and submental region, distracted from her profile. Often this is due to a nose that is over-projected and under-rotated.To accomplish the desired result, Dr. Kridel performed an open rhinoplasty with chin augmentation and submental liposuction.
The post-op photos for this patients show a great result, demonstrating the overall balance of her face. She also looks more youthful and reports greater self-confidence.
