This beautiful patient was bothered by her neck fullness despite having submental liposuction by another surgeon 1.5 years ago. The previous surgeon had done an excellent job, and when I saw the patient, she did not have much superficial fat in the neck, which is the area that liposuction typically treats. This meant her fullness was due to some of her deeper neck structures. She underwent revision submental liposuction and a central neck lift to enhance her jawline.
