Cosmetic Rhinoplasty and Revision Septoplasty to improve breathing in Houston*

This beautiful patient presented for combined functional and cosmetic surgery. She underwent revision septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction to improve her breathing. She also had a cosmetic rhinoplasty to reduce her dorsal hump, lift her nasal tip and narrow her nostrils.
