This beautiful patient underwent rhinoplasty to improve her nasal obstruction and make her nose smaller simultaneously. She had a septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction at the same time. She has thick nasal skin, and at ten months after surgery, she still has swelling around the nasal tip.
