This patient underwent a complete makeover of her profile with a tailored rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. With the rhinoplasty, her dorsal hump was lowered, her tip refined and lifted, and the muscle responsible for pulling her tip down when she smiled was released. Her chin was permanently augmented with an anatomic, solid silicone chin implant.
