This 33 yr old patient from the Houston area sought out Dr. Kridel to have his protruding ears and nose fixed. He had difficulty breathing and felt that his nose was too wide, particularly at the base. Because this patient had a deviated septum and hypertrophied turbinates, Dr. Kridel performed a septoplasty with turbinate reduction in addition to Rhinoplasty. As a result, the patient's nose not only looks great, but he can breathe well again. Post-op photos of the ears also shows the successful pinning back the patient was seeking. Many patients, like this example, do multiple procedures at one time. It allows them to have anesthesia just once and to recover from all surgeries at the same time. Because Dr. Kridel is so experienced, multiple procedures can be done in one surgical setting.
